We manage your forest responsibly

As a private forest owner, you are aware that there are many issues involved in forest ownership that need to be resolved. How to grow a forest so that its value increases? How to earn a profit on the forest today and leave seeds for the future as well?

Forest owner associations have been established by forest owners to help you find the answers. We support the better management of private forests – our employees will keep an eye on your forest, inform you of the options for applying for subsidies, help organise forestry work, and deal with all the necessary paperwork. We know the laws and we follow them. If necessary, we will help you organise and do all the forestry work. We are always there for you and your forest.

FSC Certification. Metsaühistu

FSC Certification

Since 16.10.2013, the Central Cooperative of Private Forests has been managing the FSC forest certification.

The FSC certificate ensures that raw materials are separated from non-certified and uncontrolled forest material throughout the supply chain, making it possible to determine the origin of the material and trace it to the final product.

We have been recognised by the ARIB

The Central Cooperative of Private Forests (Keskühistu Eramets TÜ) is a producer group recognised by the ARIB since 2015.
This means that our members comply with uniform mandatory forest management rules. Read more
